Privacy notice
Only prudent information is public. Write [email protected] to change or remove details.
What we collect
Account email and name from sign-in; the legal name, preferred name, Ontario region, organization, and role title you enter when you accept the covenant; module progress and exam-integrity events; practicum write-ups; community-service logs; and, if you pass, a certificate code. We collect this so the program can run, so the public registry can list prudent information, and so the registrar can investigate fraud.
What is public
Only legal name, designation (IHBCMGR), issue date, and certificate code. Organization, email, region, and preferred name are not published. A listing can be changed or removed by writing [email protected], or by the registrar acting under the Terms of Service.
What is not public
Exam items and keys never leave the server. Integrity logs, practicum text, service-hour contacts, and benefit-screener answers are not published. The registrar can see membership and progress in order to revoke a rogue or fictitious enrolment.
Retention and deletion
Active memberships are retained so a certificate can be verified. If the registrar revokes a membership, the public listing is withdrawn. If the registrar purges an account, training records and the sign-in are deleted and the email may be blocked from re-enrolment. Write [email protected] to request a change or removal.
Land and duty
EmergencyHousing.CA operates on the traditional territories of Indigenous Peoples across Ontario. Nothing in this notice displaces a statutory duty to report, a Human Rights Code obligation, or a Housing Services Act requirement.
