Money the landlord owes — T1 pathway

Landlords cannot collect a damage deposit, a key deposit above a genuine cost, or extra “fees” dressed up as rent in many situations. Last month’s rent must be applied to the last month. Above-guideline increases need an order. Use this pathway to demand repayment and to sketch a T1.
