Request to review an LTB order

A request to review is not a second chance to re-argue everything. It is for serious error, new evidence that could not reasonably have been filed, or a party who could not participate. Deadlines are short. Ask about a stay of eviction. Get legal help the same day if a Sheriff’s notice is in play.
