Tenant rights — T2 pathway

A T2 asks the Board to decide whether the landlord, superintendent, or agent illegally entered, harassed, altered the locks, withheld vital services, substantially interfered with reasonable enjoyment, or coerced you. Keep a dated log. One incident can be enough; a pattern is stronger. Code harassment (disability, race, social assistance, gender) can travel with the T2 and, separately, to the HRTO.

15–25 min RTA ss. 22–35, 23, 27 Human Rights Code
