Description

Canadian Forces Member Assistance Program (CF MAP)
A confidential, voluntary support service offered by the Department of National Defence in partnership with Health Canada. CF MAP provides 24/7 short-term counselling to help Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and their eligible family members address personal, workplace, or service-related stress. Available to Regular and Reserve Forces, cadets, Rangers, and immediate family—plus extended support for parents and siblings of injured or deceased members. Initial sessions can be in‑person, by phone, or via online chat; referrals are made for further care if needed, though any external service costs are the responsibility of the member
