ODSP Application under review – Need EM housing

Hi, My brother was evicted from his apartment and he currently has an ODSP application submitted which is under review. This can take several months and he is currently sleeping on the street. He is unemployed and has no income. Are you able to provide him with temporary housing until his paperwork is approved? Please advise asap. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
