211 and City of Hamilton Housing Services. Coordinated access is the front door for many housing-with-supports programs.

Peel (Mississauga / Brampton / Caledon)

211 and Region of Peel housing. Ask for the access point and homelessness prevention / rent bank in the same call.

York Region

Durham
