Are you in immediate danger?
If someone is threatening you, if you cannot get into your home, or if children are unsafe, call 911. Illegal lockouts are still an emergency even when the landlord calls it “enforcement.”

Dial 211 anywhere in Ontario (24/7, 150+ languages). In Toronto call Central Intake at 416-338-4766 or 1-877-338-3398. Family shelters exist; say you are a family. Violence-specific spaces go through the Assaulted Women’s Helpline, not the general men’s shelter line.
Is there a notice on the door?
Photograph every page. A notice is not an eviction order. You usually have the right to stay until the Landlord and Tenant Board says otherwise. Decode the form, then call a clinic.
Were you refused housing, told “no kids,” or denied a disability accommodation?
That is often a Human Rights Code problem, not only a landlord-tenant problem. You can walk both paths: LTB and HRTO.
