PLEO – Parents’ Lifeline of Eastern Ontario
PLEO is a non-profit, peer-led support organization serving parents and caregivers of children, youth, and young adults (up to age 25) who are facing mental health or addiction challenges. Services are free, confidential, and designed to empower families through connection and support.

Key Services:

Parents’ Helpline – Weekday phone support (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 7 PM) offering guidance, emotional support, and referrals from trained peer support staff.

Support Groups – Regularly scheduled virtual and in-person groups led by parents with lived experience.

One-on-One Mobile Support – Short-term, community-based peer support tailored to the family’s needs, offered in person or virtually.

Languages – Services available in English and French.
