SPP package

Written SPP request RGI file number if it exists Co-residency proof (abuse stream; not required for trafficking) Professional confirmation from an eligible verifier Intention to separate permanently noted Safe contact only — no abuser on the file as “emergency contact”

Duty to accommodate request
