First point of public access to the mental health crisis response system. Screening, assessment, referrals, support in a crisis, suicide intervention, and transfer to local crisis team or emergency services when needed. Serves Ottawa, Prescott-Russell, Renfrew, Stormont-Dundas-Glengarry and Akwesasne.
