Description
PLEO is a non-profit, peer-led support organization serving parents and caregivers of children, youth, and young adults (up to age 25) facing mental health or addiction challenges. Services are free and confidential.
Key Services:
- Parents’ Helpline – Weekday phone support (Mon–Fri 9 AM–7 PM)
- Support Groups – Virtual and in-person groups led by parents with lived experience
- One-on-One Mobile Support – Short-term community-based peer support
Service Area: Ottawa and Eastern Ontario.
